As a Human Resources Assistant at Great Escape, you will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Under the direction of HR leadership, you will maintain accurate employee records, assist with employee relations, and deliver exceptional service to team members and applicants. Your role is key to creating an organized, professional, and welcoming HR environment.
This is a seasonal position and will start in March 2026 – October 2026.
The overnight lodge coordinator will work both as a front desk agent and will support overnight needs throughout the hotel. This position will supervise overnight tasks such as; night audit, room calls, security concerns, housekeeping needs including; laundry, stocking housekeeping closets, maintaining common areas, greeting and registering guests into and out of the hotel in a courteous and professional manner. Will provide information and assistance to all resort guests.
The night auditor will work as a Front Desk agent while also working weith the fiscal and Lodge room reports. Balance all of the daily revenues of the Lodge and Water Park. Compile and distribute Revenue reports on a daily basis. Greet and register guests into and out of the hotel in a courteous and professional manner.
