- Facilitate training classes based on the curriculum set by the Director of Resort Operations/Training.
- Compiles and evaluates data from Employee Engagement tracking tools used within the Resorts division.
- Creates and updates training classes for facilitation each year.
- Conducts team member audits during the regular season to check for accurate and consistent practices regarding the training and development of our team members.
- Annual evaluation of SOPs and training material within Resort departments for improvements and mandatory changes based on business, safety, and industry standards.
- Assists with team member onboarding, scheduling for training classes, and Dayforce system training management.
