$24.00 / hour
This position will supervise the daily activities of the shift leaders and the employees of the 3 meal‑per‑day restaurant and room service. They will perform operational duties of the staff as business dictates. They will be responsible for ensuring that the staff gives quality service in accordance with the Knott's Berry Farm standards. They will ensure that the operations are clean and in compliance with Knott's Berry Farm and Orange County sanitation standards.
