WHAT WE PROVIDE:

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is seeking a skilled Painter to join our year‑round Maintenance team in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing colors using PMS standards, and applying paint to buildings, rides, fences, handrails, and other park structures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist in mixing colors and using PMS numbers to mix paint.
• Apply paint to walls, hand rails, fences, etc.
• Sandblasting when needed.
• Clean building and rides with pressure washer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Help with set-up of safety equipment such as scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses in order to perform tasks above ground level.
• Prepare and paint rides and ride parts.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years painting experience preferred
• Ability to make judgements in preparing items to be painted.
• Ability to work well with fellow painters as well as other crafts.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials, thinners, and paint used.
• Ability to work with diesel and electric man lifts.
• Ability to complete projects on a timely basis.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to uphold Guest First standards and Total Safety culture.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
• Reports to Maintenance Leadership
