Salary: $18.50/Hourly
Position Level: Entry to Mid-Level
Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
- Assist with various functions of the restaurant, seat guests, take food to the table, bus tables, and assist with dish washing as needed.
- Maintain an outgoing, friendly disposition while interacting with our guests.
- Provide guest service according to Cedar Point standards
- Duties and responsibilities of setting up and tearing down banquet functions.
- Follow diagram of room set with tables, chairs, podiums, bars, and buffets. Set room to those diagrams.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, during and after events, including sweeping rooms..
- Clear rooms, and or clean out rooms after banquet events, including taking out trash.
- Act as bar back for banquet events, stocking and running product for bars.
- Understand and follow standard operation procedures.
