Overview

The Graphic Designer will create and produce design solutions for a variety channels, maintaining brand and corporate identity standards and aligning with usability, accessibility and web/mobile standards. Partner with copywriters to create cohesive and compelling visuals that engage the target audience and enhance the guest experience.

 

This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, design and deliver visual content across multiple channels, aligning with the overall brand/marketing strategies and business objectives and keeping accessibility and usability in mind. Repurpose and improve print design assets to produce engaging digital solutions that apply a user-centered design approach. Make recommendations on designs and revisions to elevate our guests’ experiences.
  • Support all brands within the portfolio by providing a range of materials including in-park signage, point-of-sales materials, sales support materials, merchandising and packaging designs, logos and brand guidelines, email and web graphics and other materials as needed.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment. Translate creative briefs into visual design by working with cross-functional teams from concept to execution.
  • Assist with organizing and adding to a digital asset management system, applying appropriate tags/keywords as needed
  • Photo retouching, color-correcting and compositing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is required
  • 4-6 years of total work-related experience is required
  • Preferred requirements: Keeps current on design trends, technology, and social media trends/best practices. Clear understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
