Overview

Job Status/Type: Full-time, year-round

Position Level: Entry/Mid-Level

Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.

 

The Landscaping Supervisor will provide necessary supervision and coordination of landscapers to all departments. Effectively supervise and plan programs to maintain all rides and facilities that fall under landscapers.

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide first line of supervision to landscaper’s department employees
  • Assures that ride policies and procedures are followed, along with pest control policies and proper records are maintained
  • Communicates effectively in verbal and written form with all other divisions to ensure the completion of projects and tasks
  • Maintain budgets for the landscape department
  • Assures all Company and Union policies are followed
  • Schedules employees and projects related to the landscaping trades and assures that all projects in these areas are completed as intended
  • Assists in construction projects and reviews construction drawings of projects assigned
  • Maintains all necessary paperwork pertaining to the landscaping department

Qualifications

 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment on multiple projects with associates across all levels and departments of the organization. 
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods on a regular basis.
  • Ability to pass a drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by State, Federal or provincial law.
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
